NEPTUNE-SATURN IN ARIES: REDEFINING AUTHORITY WITH DOLORES HUERTA

The year 2026 is quickly becoming a self-proclaimed "one for the books" given in just three months there have been major astrological transits and global events coinciding to create history that'll never be forgotten for generations to come.

Insert Saturn and Neptune. Chat, these two planets are prominent players in the 2026 dialogue. They are conjunct in the sign of Aries and this hasn't happened since B.C. Yeah, you read that correctly, that's before the birth of Christ! Therefore, this is an incredibly rare time to be alive and to witness.

However, Saturn and Neptune last joined together in 1989 in the sign of Capricorn. These two planets making their essentially debut back in Aries is noteworthy, which occurred on the same day as the Aquarius Solar Eclipse on Feb. 17, 2026.

Understanding Neptune and Saturn Conjunct

Saturn is the planet of authority, karma and the Patriarchy. It's a masculine energy planet. It's energetic influence plays the role of providing structure and one's dedication to civic duty or personal responsibility.

Neptune represents illusions and deception along with all the ways one can blur the lines. It's a water element planet with a feminine energy in the law of gender. This is a planet that requires discernment and the ability to be consciously aware of when you're consuming your own poison.

Together these two planets are transiting in the sign of Aries. Whenever two planets transit close by within a tight orbit of 9 degrees or under, they are classified as conjunct. Meaning, they are close enough to have dialogue and create influence. Saturn is a stern planet with a stoic approach to life. It's a planet that rewards good karma upon those who apply themselves dutifully to their moral alignment. Neptune in dialogue is helping to remove the veil and rose colored glasses when it comes to people in power and those in leadership roles. Those who have used or currently are using power for deception and manipulation are being revealed at this time with this powerful planetary conjunction.

The Role of Dolores Huerta and Cesar Chavez

It was revealed March 18, 2026 through a public statement by activist Dolores Huerta that she publicly condemns Cesar Chavez for his predatory behavior, and that she too is a survivor of sexual abuse from the deceased civil rights activist who she was prominently in collaboration with for their work together for the Farm Labor Rights Movement in the 60's and 70's.

Huerta is now 95-years-old and has kept this painful secret for nearly 60 years.

Chavez was revered as a political leader and an astute person of honor within the Latino community. Neptune can represent secrets and the unseen. This year in April will mark 33 years post his death.

How is Saturn conjunct Neptune at play?

The currently astrological transits are lighting up his chart. Yes, even after one's death, your chart can still contribute to the conscious collective because your natal chart is an imprint of your energy. Chavez is an Aries sun and Pisces moon. His natal Uranus is at an exact zero degree in Aries, which is being pressured by Saturn and Neptune beginning their Aries transit. They too, are at zero degrees. The eclipses last year and this year are also occurring in Pisces not only lighting up Chavez's natal moon, but his entire Pisces stellium.

Huerta's chart is also Aries heavy with an Aries sun and natal Uranus in Aries. Her moon is in Virgo exactly opposite Chavez's Pisces natal moon. She has a Scorpio ascendant, which can foretell she's lived a life of hardship, trauma, oppression and secrets or abuse. The eclipses last year and this year have also been in Virgo, helping her to venerate her spirit through her chart. Her natal Mars in Pisces is helping her combat the injustices against her and the eclipses will take down any enemies who come her way or who try to create malicious intent towards her in the process.
